Returning an item you have ordered online

Our items have been pre-loved, so some signs of wear are to be expected. That said, we take great care in offering pieces we believe are in excellent or nearly new condition. If there’s any noticeable wear, it will be clearly shown in the photos and description, and the price reflects this. We also understand that sometimes a change of mind happens, and that’s completely fine! We’re happy to offer a hassle-free refund. If you'd like to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email hello@ilkleydressagency.co.uk to notify us of your return and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Items being returned
  • No of items in total
  • Price per item

Please note that return requests made on or after day 15 from the delivery date cannot be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

If you wish to return an item, please only use a ‘signed-for tracked service’ and returns are paid for by you. Items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date. 

We offer a full refund on all online purchases if you change your mind or if the item isn't suitable for any reason. To return an item, please complete the returns form (included with your order) and ensure the item is sent back to us in its original condition, with all labels attached within 28 days of the delivery date.

Click & collect purchases

We will offer a no quibble return and full refund if you bought your item online from our website and collect it from our physical store if it is deemed not suitable, or if you simply changed your mind at the point of collection. Please make sure you are happy with your item before leaving the store. Once the item is collected and taken from the store, it is deemed as suitable and non-refundable.

Items purchased in our store

Items purchased from our physical boutique are non-refundable. No exchanges. No returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
