Selling your preloved pieces with us is a simple and rewarding experience. We offer flexible commission rates and never charge listing fees. Each item is professionally photographed and promoted across our website, social media channels, and in-store, ensuring maximum visibility. Best of all, there are no fees unless your item sells. It’s an effortless way to declutter, give your pieces a second life, and earn some extra income. Why not take the first step and see what your wardrobe could be worth?

How It Works

1. We take items in daily - Monday 11am to 3pm and Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 – 4:30pm. You do not need to book or arrange an appointment with us when dropping off your items.

2. Once you bring your items in, we will go through your items with you, or we will ask you to leave your items with us if we are particularly busy.
You will be responsible for the collection of any items that we do not take.

3. Once we have processed your items, we will contact you either via email or WhatsApp with a digital receipt of your paperwork. Included on this paperwork is the description of the item, the size of the item, the agreed sale price of the item and the collection date of any unsold items.

4. We keep your items for a 6-week period, with an additional 2 week grace period. After 8 weeks, any unsold items will be ready for collection. Please note, you will have 2 weeks to collect your items. After this, we reserve the right to donate your items to charity, due to storage restrictions.

5. We will pay you in cash or by bank transfer, and our standard commission payment to you is 50% of the final sale price. If your item sells for over £1,000, we offer an enhanced commission payment to you of 70%—making it even better value for high-end pieces.

6. We do not call you to advise if an item has sold, but you are most welcome to contact us on 01943 600732 for updates on sales.

7. All items are left at your own risk, and we are not liable for theft, fire, or damage to your items whilst they are left in the Agency.

8. All items left at the Agency remain the property of the owner.
