Your pieces are showcased in-store, on our website and across our social media channels to give them the best chance of finding a new home.

How We Work

Drop Off

Bring your items in anytime during our buying hours—no appointment needed.

• Monday: 11:00am – 3:00pm

• Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

We Review Your Items

We'll go through your pieces with you, or if we're busy, we'll ask you to leave them with us for assessment. Any items we don't accept will need to be collected.

We List Your Items

Once accepted, you'll receive a digital receipt by email or WhatsApp confirming your items, agreed selling prices, and collection date for any unsold pieces.

We Sell Them

Your items will be available for sale for 6 weeks. Unsold items need to be collected within two weeks after this. Due to limited storage, any uncollected items may be donated to charity.

You Get Paid

Choose to be paid by bank transfer or cash.

• 50% commission on items listed below £1,000.00.

• 70% commission on items that sell for over £1,000.00.

Checking Your Sales

We don't contact you each time an item sells, but you're welcome to call us on 01943 600732 for an update at any time.

A Few Things to Know

• All items remain the property of the seller until sold.

• Items are left at the owner's risk, and we cannot accept liability for theft, fire, or accidental damage.
