SELLER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to individuals (“Sellers”) who consign pre-loved items for resale through Ilkley Dress Agency (“we”, “us”).

1. Who We Are

Ilkley Dress Agency is a UK-based physical and online store specialising in pre-owned designer fashion. We are not affiliated with any brands sold via our physical or online store

2. Seller Status

We only accept items from private individuals. Trade sellers are not permitted.

3. Item Ownership & Condition

Sellers must own all items or be authorised to sell on behalf of the legal owner. We can only accept items in immaculate, clean, and hanger-ready condition.

4. Sales Period & Collection

Items are listed for up to 6 weeks, with an additional 2 week grace period.

After 8 weeks, we will make 2 attempts to contact you and unsold items may be:

Collected by the seller within 2 weeks of first contact, or

Donated to charity if no response is received after 2 contact attempts.

5. Pricing & Fees

Ilkley Dress Agency sets selling prices based on pre-loved market value unless agreed otherwise.

Seller fees are deducted from the final sale price as follows:

6. Authentication & Documentation

Designer items require independent authentication at a cost to the seller, and we will advise you of this at the outset and confirm the cost, which may vary depending on the item being authenticated.

7. Cleaning & Repairs

If required, items may be cleaned or repaired using approved specialists. Charges must be paid before sale listing.
